General rules

Participants must turn on their webcam during class.

​

The recording of my lessons by the participants is prohibited.

Cancellations

To cancel a course booking, you must inform me by email at nihongodaisuki555@yahoo.com

Refunds

Cancellations received later than 72 Hours before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations are not possible after the course start.

Fee increase

​

An increase in tuition by the teacher is permissible, however, it must be done at the teacher's reasonable discretion and must be announced in writing at least 6 weeks in advance.

Lesson Packages:

• 5 Lessons Package is valid for 3 Months

• 10 Lessons Package is valid for 6 Months

Cancellation by Nanami

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our course/lesson schedule Learning Japanese with Nanami reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.
